Kathy is a disabled Army Veteran who has served over 17+ years in the United States Army. Married to Sergeant Major Retire Anthony Smith where they share a blended family of 7. She is also a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, Equal Opportunity Leader, Security Manager and a Brand Ambassador for We Are Women of Substance and L.I.F.T (Ladies Intentionally Following Through).
Getting started!
Growing up, I was taught what happens in the house stays in the house. In the military, I was taught you're only as strong as the weakest link. My entire life, I was strong because I had to be. However, one day all those suppressed emotions came crashing down. My Bachelors degree (Cum Laude) couldn't fix it, my Master's degree couldn't fix, all the years of experience or counseling from the Psychologist and Psychiatrist couldn't fix it. My doctoral studies couldn't fix it. I had to take a Spiritual journey to learn to heal from the inside out. I now coach my clients through this process and teach other's to Illuminate every facet of darkness birthing a Chandelier Transformation.
